Mortgage process in 4 steps

1) Initial Appointment

First initial consultation where our adviser gathers the required documentation and information. Then in line with your needs we recommend from our panel of providers.

2) Decision in Principle

After affordability and criteria check has been passed with your chosen lender we complete a decision in principle. Hopefully this will provide you with your proof of mortgage which some estate agents now require.

3) Application

First initial consultation where our adviser gathers the required documentation and information. Then in line with your needs we recommend from our panel of providers.

4) Offer

Once offer is produced, we will arrange an appointment to read through mortgage offer and recommend on your protection needs.
